- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪As always the personnel @ Deo Drive were timely and helpful. My wife and I like to take unplanned vacations deciding on the spur of the moment as to where we are going. The AAA Tour Books and maps are all that we need to do this. In 2012 we flew to Phoenix and rented a car and drove 3500 miles in 14 days with no plans. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My experience this time was not as positive as in the past. I did get a tour book, map, and vacation brochure. However, I was looking for information that I hoped could be obtained from someone knowledgeable in the office. The person with whom I worked did not seem to be interested in finding out what I really wanted and how she could be of help. After doing some of my own research, I will go back with some specific questions and request for help. However, the reason I go in there is that I am looking for the expertise of trained individuals to help me with my vacation plan.February 12, 2017by Don Workman
